Tell us about your career.
I have a job. I’ve peaked as a Cat 3 racer.

When was your first cx race and what was it like?
2011 or 2012. I lost a sprint to my frenemy and finished last.

It’s race day – what do you do to get ready?
Get dressed, chat, over-inflate my competitions tires.

Do you eat anything particular before a race?
Nope

What are the first 2 things you feel like you do well during a race?
Ride consistent lap times and maintain a positive attitude.pedro02

Give us your best “Fred” moment (or just share your most embarrassing race moment).

Get something to drink. First water, then beer.

What are 2 things you’d like to improve upon this season?
My ability to respond to change of pace and bike handling.

Indigo

All over town. There’s too many good places to pick just one.pedro01

My Scott full finger gloves which just got destroyed by my dog.

What do you do when you’re not riding your bike or working?
Attending my kids soccer matches

Jim Farmer. Do I really need to tell you why?

What would you sing at karaoke night?
Reunited by Peaches & Herb

If you had to be an animal, which one would you be and why?
A burro. I’m not super-fast but I’m reliable, like a burro.

Tell us something most people don’t know about you.
I used to love pro wrestling
